Good Friday

Stations of the Cross Walk at 10:30 am; Joint Good Friday Service at Immanuel UMC at 1:00 pm
Following the Stations of the Cross that Jesus walked, we pick up the cross and carry it through our Southeast side neighborhood stopping at sites of both hope and despair. In this way we remind ourselves that Jesus' passion is alive in our world and that the resurrection continues to surprise and bless us even in the midst of broken glass, unrepaired sidewalks, and deteriorating housing.
